In Pachydermic Fashion (Submission, Verdict: 5 + Awesome)
Slaterock sent me his freshly approved-for-scoring In Pachydermic Fashion design, a spiritual successor to In Oceanic Fashion, his absolute-crazy-hit Select.
The concept is whimsical and expertly executed, and you don’t know why but you wouldn’t mind wearing an elephant ridden by two deep-sea-diving women on your shirt no matter how it may invite the comparison.
I like that Slaterock kept the design fresh and took a different approach from In Oceanic, such that I could see it being printed, though I don’t know if any “sequel” shirt has ever been printed proper. (Edit: Staffell informs me that The Mystery of Mission 5 and The Madness of Mission 6 were the first “sequel”/spiritual successor prints.)
