Close, but no cigar.
I like the overall style and feel of the design except that it looks too much like a sticker slapped onto the shirt. As fatheed put it in the comments, the design ought to be “worked onto the shirt a bit better”.
A marginal score for now. If reworked with the suggestions taken into consideration, this Brazilian design has potential.
