News and New Shirts Galore

If ever there were doubts about the direction in which Threadless is moving, the prints this week set the record straight and put restless minds at ease.

Sugar and Spice - Threadless, Best T-shirts EverMother Knows Best - Threadless, Best T-shirts EverAmazing tees all around, but the two hogboy prints take the cake this week for me. Both brilliant illustrations of wive’s tales and nursery rhymes, these are also both sure buys for me.

Ste7en’s Threadless Select stands as another Threadless victory, staying true to the week’s whimsical theme with a new twist on some old fairy tales. Brilliantly illustrated with a placement that’s divine, Parable Paranoia might just have to be added to my wardrobe as well.

The Ted Leo Loves Threadless winner is another of this week’s impressive tees, one of the few shirts that I have seen that actually looks better on the shirt than on the original submission. Definitely an interesting take on “Living With the Living”, and quite a successful tee as well.

Interesting news also comes in this week, with the announcement that the prize for a winning design has been raised to $3,000 (with $500 cash for reprints!) and the unveiling of the Alumni Club. Threadless is growing my friends, and I think for the better - which you can read more about in this blog.

Balls to the changes. I’m not blogging there anymore.

I’m glad to see a return to the slightly weird at threadless. They were headed a little too far down the busted tees road the minute they started slogan tees.
