$ummer $ale $tarts $…today
Oh, Memorial Day… how I love thee for thine sno-cones (rainbow, please) and awesome sales. As Bree announced last week, the oft-rumored Summer Sale kicks off today, and the stock charts are already taking a hit (which makes me ask myself the all-important question: How many visits from the friendly UPS woman is too many? I think we’ve already forged a connection, so I’m sure she’ll be psyched to make frequent Threadless deliveries in the near future.)
The long and short of it: 6 tees a day (new & reprinted) for 7 days, ending June 3. The best part (well, other than cheap shirts)? The Wear in the World is Threadless? contest, which evokes old-fashioned road trip good times while giving us the chance to extend the sale for an extra day and win a classy cooler o’goodies! Find a locale that hasn’t yet been claimed, wear your tees, bring your friends/kids/grandma, and post your pics! If only the Grand Canyon wasn’t 6 long, hot hours away…
I’m keeping my fingers crossed for Phascolarctos Cinereus (as seen in the sale video) and a reprint of Mourning Girl. What do you want to see printed/reprinted?

Or, the creepy Babyland General Hospital, which is actually, apparently, in Georgia, though it appears somewhere near the White Mountains on their map.
…creepy.

At least Gatorland made the list to even things out…

I had work all day then a cookout… you beat me to this post!
I was wondering all day what the new tees would be and the specifics of the sale. They keep coming up with better and better stuff. Gatorland is the closest for me… I’m not sure if it’s worth entering. I guess if I’m going to be around Orlando before it’s over, I might as well. The only other Florida one is the Southernmost Tip of Continental US. I’ve visited there, but it was before I started wearing Threadless tees.
