Apparently, some people don’t realize that Threadless has a section specifically for slogans.
Normally I would be more lenient with my scoring, but this isn’t the first offense by this particular user. It’s only the latest in a string of submissions that rely on text and little (if any) designing whatsoever.
Either the Threadless screeners are becoming far less selective, or this user just keeps slipping under the radar. No matter the blame, the voters seem irritated.
Thus, I’m taking it upon myself to issue a friendly public service announcement: The Type Tee section is there for a reason folks, so utilize it. And if you can’t score high enough with your current slogans, then by all means don’t subject everyone else to voting on them as crappy text-based “designs”.
