Hue of Happiness (Submission, Verdict: 5 + Would Buy)
I’ve been browsing the submissions off and on today, and I finally stumbled upon one that I actually enjoy enough to mention. It’s one slick image both in style and concept.
Personally, I’m digging the green on cream version because I love its harmonious look. The pink on brown and pink on purple definitely have more funk and attitude, but somehow they don’t feel quite as appropriate. (The artist provides links to larger images of each color variation in their first comment, by the way.)
Add in the placement opinions, and you’ve got a plethora of possibilities from which to choose. Unfortunately, if the design ever makes it to print, Threadless will only pick one or two opinions. There’s always the hope of long sleeves and hoodies to add diversity, though.
