This is actually really cool.
The "elements" are grouped together pretty well, and though it lacks water (which I believe to be a bit fundamental in the making of even the most basic drink ;-) and the numbers don't match up with a "real" periodic table, as one commenter pointed out, the concept is pretty damn fun.
I think it's also a testament to how much time and brainstorming had to go into this design, along with the requisite added effort of ensuring no duplicate symbols exist and grouping them, somewhat, by type or category. Very cool, indeed, though I do question how well it would function on a shirt. One commenter suggests the back of the shirt would work best for this design, and I'm inclined to agree, but if that's the case, I think the front of the shirt should be emblazoned with a large, single "element," most likely Alcohol, perhaps with a proof, or some other numeric details right beneath it to round out the concept.
If nothing else, this design makes for an absolutely brilliant poster, and the colors could easily be tweaked to suit any need.
Extra tasty, yet again, indeed.
